I have been thinking about flowers. It is still cloudy and rainy here in the northwest. Summer and the fabulous warm weather is closer every day. I have been making many different kinds of flowers out of different materials. The other day, I watched some tutorials on making crepe paper roses. Crepe paper rolls are so inexpensive, they are a great medium. first, I made a whole bunch of flowers. I hot glued them to an old framed mirror. You can see me in the mirror.

I found a whimsical and creative font designed by Joanne Fink at . I wrote a few letters then chose one of the size I wanted. I made a rosette out of a strip of black paper and folded it fan style then glued it together. I glued the letter in the middle and then hot glued the letter onto the flowers.

I sent it to my cousin. She loved it. I talked to her last week and she said she is making crepe paper flowers like crazy and putting them on everything.
